Radwood started off less than rad that day as the weather wasn’t as co-operative as planned. It was almost to the point where I almost called it off, then it started to let up. We took the chance and im glad we did. The field was muddy but it was worth walking through to see some classic gems that I would have never seen at a regular show.

Larz Anderson auto museum basically turned into a 80-90’s time capsule. The cars weren’t the only thing in character, people literally got in their period correct bag for this event. Literally anything cool in that era was there but lets get back to the cars.

Take in this gem that showed up and took best of show that day. Yes its a Nissan Pajero Evolution, probably the only one on this side of the coast. See the two hitch? This pajero was definitely not alone.

Yeah you weren’t expecting that either were you? So this evo II was hanging out on the trailer behind the pajero. It wasn’t any normal evo though. As you can see this car is far from street legal, a very purpose built race car. I don’t know much about it but you can find more of this car on his instagram page PleasereEvo.

Following the white on white JDM trend is Tommy Farrells R32 GT-R V Spec. This car is the best example of a period correct oem plus build. The subtle details speak louder and louder the deeper you look into the car.

Two more super clean japanese legends hard parked in the middle of the show. The coolest of the two is the R32 to me because of the ski rack on the back.

Im sure the owner wouldn’t take this gem up to the mountains

I may get killed for this but wingless supras have my heart. It looks way cooler this way than with the stock wing or any wing for that matter.

Lets talk real quick about a car that is literally been a time capsule. Last I saw this car was the summer meltdown meet in Lawrence circa 2011 and since then its had minor changes. One of the most preserved hondas that still sees the street in new england.

One of the most underrated cars in the japanese legends category. The nsx is probably one of the sexiest cars in its class, and as you can see it definitely ages well.

Overall the event wasn’t that large. Larz can’t hold a huge event due to its space and location but they always hold quality events. The streets were filled with some great cars as well.
