Scary Hour

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything worth talking about and frankly I still don’t have any wild exciting news to share. I’m just taking this time to stop in, say hi and drop a few photos of my car. This was an unintentional shoot. I was out walking my girlfriends dog when I noticed a heavy fog rolling in. By the time I got back to the garage door, the entire lot was covered. I brought the pup back upstairs and shoot back down to take advantage of natures coolest moments. Just in time for to celebrate the month of Halloween.
I did two versions of this photo just because I couldn’t choose which one I liked more. They both give off 90’s teen horror movie vibes. I debated on adding in bits here and there to create a movie poster but no one wants to see a movie about a killer car…or do we?
The car has had some upgrades since the last entry. The most noticeable is the aero. Currently on the the car are TRD replica side skirts and an unknown brand name front lip spoiler from Ebay which hasnt exploded yet. Some other additions that you can’t see are more performance modifications. I equipped the car with an equal length header, Revolution Over-pipe, HKS dual resonated front-pipe, TRD dual exit cat-back exhaust, an Exedy Oem replacement clutch kit, Verus clutch fork and a Verus billet pivot ball. To top it all off Jason Yung hooked me up with an OTS map to free up some horsepower.
The car has exceeded all of my expectations. It does everything I ask and hasn’t given me an issue about it. I daily drive it, I drift it (or at least attempt to) when I want, I cruise it back home without a second guess that the car will break and I don’t get harassed by the law even with all the stickers on the car. This has been my favorite car I have owned to date. The other cars I owned in the past were awesome in their own way but I definitely made mistakes when I started modifying them. I learned from those mistakes and applied it to this car. I do have a plan for the next phase of the car but I’m in no rush to get there. I’m really enjoying the simplicity of the current setup.
So yeah, here’s my super quick update on the car as is. I’ll eventually get to my Final Bout story as well as the other filler stories I have marinating in the background.
