It’s 2022 and we are entering the new norm if living with the coronavirus. Many people have been taking this pandemic serious while others are simply ignoring the fact that its killing millions of people but we won’t go any further into that subject. We are here to discuss some of the changes happening to the site that you may have noticed. One of those things happens to be of domain/brand name.
CrateStreet lived a long 3 years and I am so proud of the projects I took on and the people I met because of it. I struggled to find a path for CrateStreet and decided rebranding would be a great way to begin a new journey. I will go into detail about the birth and death of it in a future podcast episode that will be scheduled to release mid to late February.
Replacing CrateStreet is Capsule Co. Capsule company follows a similar standard that CrateStreet was created under. The major difference between the two is the name. The content will be improved but overall vision will remain the same. I am excited to share the new projects I have been working on and hope to create more than I have in previous years. The transition will be slow and you will be seeing hints of CrateStreet for a few weeks but you will also be seeing changes in real time.
I will finally be releasing quite a bit of content that I had on the back burner for over a year. Some of these entries may not contain stories because I waited too long to write my story and ultimately forgot the details. The alternative to jog my memory and make it a bit more entertaining is to share the stories in audio form, aka the podcast. It’s an idea I’ve had for quite sometime and will finally come to fruition. Get excited! 2022 will be FUN!
I’ve been sitting on this photoset for about a year. It’s gone through a few different revisions before settling on what you see before you. It was a brutal shoot to do because of the weather. I thought it would be a good idea to shoot near the water in below freezing weather, terrible idea at the time but it turned out great.
Billy’s got a serious love for the GDB chassis especially if its World Rally Blue. He daily drives a WRB 07 hawkeye STI but when its showtime he brings out this WRB 04 STI. I met Billy around 2013 and since then watched him and this car evolve into something amazing. His car is a local hero in my opinion. Very rarely do you see an award winning show car cruising the streets doing regular things just because. He truly has a real appreciation for this car and he’s not afraid to drive it. I’ll get him on the podcast one day so he can tell you his story of this car. Until then check out this widebody original motor STI flex on us.
